Monsters belonging to the Monster Child class, the one of the earliest monster classes in the series. These monsters are child-like in appearance, and includes the following canon monsters: all three versions of the Grey Children (Grey Children, "Zipper Children" from Book of Memories and "Ash Children" from the film adaptation), Larval Stalker, Numb Body, and the Monster in the Locker; it also can include the more unconventional Twin Victim and by extension, the Bottom from Silent Hill 4: The Room.
