The Tormented Patient is a creature that is in the upcoming fan fic "Silent Hill: Remembrance of the past". It's similar to the "Straight Jacket", "Lying Figure", "Armless Man" and "Smog" except its face splits in half revealing sharp teeth and it also has a mouth in the middle of its chest. Its attack is to bite the main characters by just leaning forward or wrapping its leg around them and eating their faces off. More details soon.
