Nero is Lilith's right hand man and also her boyfriend but they keep it a secret since it's a decree in the Order that the leader must not have romantic relations to his/her minions as the elders of the law believe that it will lead to the weakness of the Order. He and his henchmen kidnapped Rochelle and the others from the resort just after the Otherworld transition was complete and they left out the boyfriends of the girls to be eaten by the Twin Cannibal. He is now currently fighting Earvin in the southeast part of the town where he is releasing his true power.
