The Screwhead is a creature that appears in Silent Hill: Remembrance of the past. He symboleises death in Jeremiah's eyes, he wears a huge mask that looks simular to a screw, and also he carries a huge sythe. His height strikes fear into the charecters. He is
usually seen in the Otherworld. He is simular to "Pyramid Head" who is also seen later in silent hill.
